Questions

Is it really free?

Yes. Enter code TV100 and your $97 Pavilion Pass costs nothing. No card required.

What do I need to bring?

A government photo ID matching the name on your pass. The venue runs a security check at the door. Your confirmation email helps us find you faster.

Can I bring someone?

Yes, but each person needs their own pass so security has their name. Have them claim one here with the same code.

The code didn’t work.

Type TV100: the letters T and V, then the number 100 (zeros, not the letter O). If it still doesn’t go through, submit the form anyway and we’ll follow up by email.

Can I change my day?

Yes. Reply to your confirmation email with the new day and we’ll update your pass.

Where do I park?

Park in the Enterprise Research Campus garage off Western Ave (paid, open to the public). Valet and rideshare drop-off are at The Atlas Hotel next door. Limited street parking nearby. By car: I-90 Exit 131 toward Cambridge, follow Soldiers Field Rd, then turn onto Western Ave. By bus: MBTA Route 70 stops on Western Ave.
